Welcome!

I have the honor and privilege of providing psychotherapy to a multi-cultural blend of individuals, couples, adolescents, families and groups in Hong Kong. Together we frequently address issues related to communication and relationships, family discord, parenting, conflict and anger management, relocation adjustment, grief and loss, stress, depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem and self-image.

As much of the work relates to issues of Relationship, I tend to employ Imago Relationship Therapy techniques developed by Harville Hendrix, Ph.D., and Helen LaKelly Hunt, Ph.D., as explained in their books, Getting the Love You Want; A Guide for Couples and Giving the Love That Heals; A Guide for Parents. However, an integrative approach of complimentary theories is utilized as appropriate to the needs of the individual, couple, or family.

A private practitioner, my work is influenced by a combination of professional knowledge and experience, professional ethics, intuition, and a genuine care for others, all of which are employed to support and guide clients in taking the necessary risks that encourage a natural growth toward connection and wholeness.

If you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
